Used Heflin and Sons for a number of jobs at my house. They've been efficient, cost effective and remember who I am when I call (old house with lots of maintenance work). Highly recommend.

I have used Heflin through the years, but it is my most recent experience that really stood out. They came out to do work on two toilets. It was discovered that the main gas line was corroded to the point of possibly causing a BIG problem. Todd's team was then hired to replace what was a really bad pipe. This is not an easy or inexpensive job. Todd's guys came out, dug everything up, and replaced the pipe. The most impressive part was that after digging up the grass, everything was put back together as if nothing had ever happened. In addition, items such as pavers were also returned perfectly. Finally, the team made sure that everything which uses gas in the house - stove, water heater, floor heater - were working/and had pilot lights lit - before leaving. Todd has been running a really good family biz for a long time with guys who have been with him for many, many years, and I greatly appreciate their work.

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.
