Having to find a plumbing service that actually has a CCTV camera was very difficult. And when you do, they charge double and triple! And then I found John's Plumbing & Drain! I'm usually cautious and stick with mainstream companies but my experience with the company's communication and Victor, who came out to perform the CCTV service for the city, was better than I could have expected. He arrived on time, was quickly able to get set up and performed this action in front of the city inspector. The inspector had many questions and Victor fielded each question and never showed impatience with the long process. I couldn't have been more happy. Thank you John, wife, and Victor for a positive experience all around!

We do real estate as well as short-term rentals,In the world of contractors, finding a good and honest one can be very difficult. We found John’s plumbing as we very much needed some help on an issue on our personal building and we are so thankful we did. We had called a few contractors and realizing the predicament we were in were trying to gouge us, but John and his staff were wonderful. They charged us a very fair price and from now on anytime I need anything in the San Fernando Valley they will be the ones we are calling.
