Theodore, the plumber who assisted me, was both friendly and well-informed. He resolved all my queries and addressed my plumbing issue effectively. He also provided me with additional information about potential follow-up visits that might be necessary. Even though the cost seemed a bit high for the task performed, it was definitely worth the peace of mind knowing the problem was solved. I would surely recommend Evans Family Plumbing and would not hesitate to use their services again.

When I called with a clogged drain problem at home with my two kids, the dispatch team, understanding the urgency of my situation, arranged for a technician as quickly as possible. Roger knew what he was doing, he was confident about the big job of removing my old plumbing system and putting in a new one. The new system had to be modified to fit the specific space and situation I had. You could tell he was a true craftsman. The company is under new management now, which is providing excellent service.

Leonard came by rapidly, took the time to pinpoint the plumbing issue while abiding by the safety guidelines. he was very candid about the situation and went the extra mile to provide assistance. We were in Los Angeles and he made sure our needs were met. A truly reliable and honest plumber service.

Our plumbing issue necessitated a second visit, and he diligently ensured that this was arranged.
