We had a major blockage with our main line and called Nautilus for an emergency service. They were able to get someone out quickly and were very methodical in diagnosing the problem and explaining our options throughout the process. This is the second time that we had the amazing Juan and his crew and honestly he is one of the best plumbers I've had - he really goes out of his way to explain each step and why they're doing what. At the end of the day, it was a big job and they were always there when they said they would be, would text or call with updates on when people would arrive, and made the best of a big problem. Highly recommended.

We had a sewer-backup emergency in our home. Sergio, Bella, and Jesse arrived on a Saturday evening, evaluated everything and found temp relief. Juan and Gio started the repair on a Sunday and wrapped up on Wednesday. They replaced the 86 yr old cast-iron and clay pipe sewer system working tirelessly. Nautilus just completed a job for my commercial building in Venice that extensive subterranean work on a very fast timeframe. This team clearly explained the issues, provided immediate paperwork, showed up on time as advertised, and walked me through each step along the way. The total scope of work involved replacing 50 year old cast iron pipes that had failed, and a new saddle connection to the city utility line. Nobody wants to have a plumbing emergency on Sunday evening, but we did. I called Nautilus and they sent over Sergio & Bella. They got here within an hour and, though they had to keep getting longer and longer tools, they managed to break up the clog and return our kitchen to working order before dinner! I highly recommend them!
