New Generation Plumbing

I have a tankless water heater that needed immediate Servicing. After looking for a reliable company on yelp I decided on New Generation plumbing. I put the call in at 6:30pm and it was answered quickly by Jake who set me up with a free estimate the next morning (they would have gone same day but I requested the morning). With out having to reach out to confirm this morning, I had Fernando call me (ahead of schedule) that he was there. He walked me through the work that would be needed as well as potential scenarios if original assessment needed further work. Once he got the unit working he called me again to tell me what was done to it. Also informed me of yearly maintenance that will be needed and would send me a reminder. Which I appreciate. Price is reasonable, Will be using them again. Overall very reliable, great customer service, will be using them again

Giving them two stars for being prompt and able to come out quickly. But thoroughness was not their strong suit. Had called for a leak in the basement under my shower tub, I was concerned that it was leaking after use so maybe the drain was leaking. They came and after doing their initial assessment, they quoted me 1200 to replace the tub waste and overflow as the source of the leak. I thanked them for their time and was going to get a second evaluation. They casually mentioned that the rats love the plastic pex tubing and those leaks can pop up out of nowhere. I didn't think anything of it. Fast forward a day, a second plumber came out and said the tub waste drain and overflow was fine and that it was actually the pex tubing right above and next to the tub with a linear scratches on it, maybe from rats, and that was the source of the leak as he could see water spray marks on the adjacent wood. He fixed it and no more leaks. I can only imagine that if I had New Generation do an unnecessary replacement of my tub waste drain and overflow, only to have a leak still, and then have to pay more for fixing the actual problem. Maybe it was just a bad day or one off for them since I had called them due to the great reviews, but consumers be vigilant.

So glad I found these guys. Martin and his team were phenomenal! They came out for an estimate, on a Saturday, and their prices were great! I had previous estimate from another company that was wild. Martin said he could start Monday and be done Tuesday. How team crushed it, were very knowledgeable and super easy to ask questions. Highly recommend and will use them again!

By far the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. We had 3 different plumbers sent to our house that saw the size of the task and made excuses as to why they couldn’t fix it or just completely flaked. Jake was informed about our issue the day after Thanksgiving and came early in the morning to come and fix our clogged bathtub. He came and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and knew exactly what to do. He arranged for 2 other plumbers to come back to our house an hour later and they had the job done in less than 2 hours. The other plumbers claimed they would have to rip out the ceiling or floor to resolve this issue, but New Generation Plumbing found a way to fix it without removing a single thing. They were so thorough that they even checked all of our other bathrooms for issue’s and identified something that would’ve eventually become a problem in the future. Best of all, unlike other plumbers they wear shoe covers so they aren’t tracking dirt in your home and everything stays clean (a very small detail but Its a consideration that goes very very far.) I would recommend this company to anyone. The service, professionalism, & thoroughness of their work was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My insurance company asked me to install an automatic gas shutoff valve. I began looking through yelp and found Martin at New Generation Plumbing! His price was the best and he could also do the job the next morning. He finished the job very quickly and it looks great! As homeowners, we dread when something goes wrong with our house … new generation and Fernando have made every experience so easy and stress free. I called New Generation plumbing get an estimate and replace a main shut off valve along with a hose bib. They responded very quickly with a competitive estimate and showed up the next day on time. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again
