New Pro Plumbing

We had both our bathrooms backed up toilet and showers. We looked through Google and found New Pro Plumbing. They answered right away and gave us a time frame and came right on time. Miguel was so professional and clean! Most plumbers we hire always leave a mess but Miguel was so careful and left everything spotless. He was so nice and detailed about everything that was wrong and what needed to be done. Great pricing aswell. Totally recommend !!

I would not recommend New Pro Plumbing to anyone. I contacted them for a simple pipe repair, but the job was done poorly. The technician was late and didn’t seem knowledgeable about the issue. The pipe still leaked after they “fixed” it, and they didn’t clean up after themselves. When I reached out for help, their customer service was terrible—they didn’t return my calls for days. I had to hire another plumber to fix their mistakes. Terrible service, unprofessional attitude, and poor quality work. Definitely not worth the money.

I had a very disappointing experience with New Pro Plumbing. I hired them to fix a clogged drain, and the technician they sent was unprofessional and seemed inexperienced. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, he rushed through the job and left a mess in my home. The clog wasn’t cleared, and the issue persisted. When I called to have someone come back and fix it, they were unresponsive and slow to schedule a follow-up. In the end, I had to hire another plumbing company to fix the problem properly. I will never use their services again.

New Pro Plumbing was awesome! Miguel came out and did a fantastic job making sure we got our water back after we had a pipe burst and had to shut it off. Everything was done in under an hour with an amazing price, they were able to beat the price of all the other plumbers around and get someone out to help same day.

I can't say enough good things about Miguel from New Pro Plumbing! He really saved me in a pinch. I called him around 5:30pm on a Friday with an emergency - a major water pipe leak in my building. Miguel showed up within an hour, even on such short notice, and handled the problem efficiently and professionally. He fixed the leak completely and even offered to come back the following week to patch the wall at no extra cost! Not only did he do fantastic work, but Miguel was also incredibly kind and easy to work with. It's rare to find someone who's so responsive and thorough, especially in an emergency. If you need a trustworthy and skilled plumber, Miguel is the one to call!

I had contacted Newpro Plumbing to make a simple repair to a shower. Owner Miguel arrived over an hour late. I should have realized when he turned up without tools that he had no intention to actually making a repair. He didn't even inspect the shower properly. His goal seems to have been to collect a $99 visit fee and present an estimate that was so large it was laughable. For a job that should take about 20 minutes he wanted to charge $599! He was unable to justify this amount and wrongly said he'd have to turn off the water, which is not the case. Horrible experience.

Miguel from Pro Plumbing was terrific. He accommodated my schedule, when he got tied up on the job before me called to let me know he would be late and he did an excellent job once he arrived. He did little extra things that he didn’t even charge for. Pro Plumbing gets 10 out of 5 stars…I will be using them again for my next plumbing needs.

My water heater died after 20 years and had this company install a "new" one 6/2020 for $1278.50. So it died yesterday (under 4 years old). I called them for an emergency repair, but no one returned my call. It's winter and not having hot water with children in the house is an emergency, especially Friday evening! I called another plumber, and they showed up last night and installed a new one. It is mid-day Saturday and New Pro still has not returned my emergency call! but what shocked me was that New Pro Plumbing did not install a new water heater, to begin with! It was already 3 years old according to the date printed on the water heater I saw last night!! I don't mind paying for services but dishonesty in business in this day and age of the internet is totally.............
