I recently used Pacific Plumbing for a kitchen sink clog and they were wonderful in every way. The appointment was easy to make, they were out to my home the next morning from a 7pm call. Andrew H. was our technician and he was professional and efficient and very kind. The job was done quickly and our home was left clean afterwards….it was perfect. 10/10 highly recommend.

Had to review after this experience. Context: needed a minor repair for a toilet that wouldn’t stop running and replacement for a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. 1. Early: Called in the morning to make an appointment and was quoted to arrive between 3-5pm. The plumber who helped me was named Akmal, and he arrived just before 2:30p. Love it! 2. Polite: Akmal was friendly, informative and polite. Wiped his shoes and asked if it was okay to enter the restroom and kitchen where he would be working to help me. 3. Great work: I’m embarrassed to say that the problem with the toilet and disposal were both identified in less than ten minutes. The toilet was fixed in about another ten, and the only reason that the disposal wasn’t fixed immediately was because I wasn’t able to provide the model ahead of time for the replacement. That’s on me. 4. Fast: Akmal got back to their facility and back to my house within the hour. Was initially quoted to have service arrive between 3-5 pm and the whole problem was wrapped up before 4p. 5. Clean: the sink was literally left cleaner than they found it. No mess, no fuss, nothing leftover. I’m grateful and would recommend their services again.

Andrew and his assistant were very profesional, punctual (he even called to see if he could come earlier than agreed upon window!) Both of them took time examining, diagnosing the problem and talking thru many scenarios/options it just gave me a sense of “we will not quit until we figure this out for you”. Andrew followed up with pre-post series of photos and left the site clean! The price was reasonable as well. If only all of the service providers coming thru my home would do 50% of what Andrew & Pacific Plumbing Team have done i would be overjoyed. Also, I have to give Kevin the scheduler props on finding the right time slot gathering the problem statement and sending the team already familiar with my problem! Highly recommend this outfit in time when more often than not you get questionable service for unexplainably high price

Called Pacific Plumbing for the replacement of my shower systems thermostat cartridge. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians that came out were great. Appointment was timely, as were the technicians. It’s so nice to have a hot shower again! Would definitely recommend them!

Cannot recommend these guys more highly! Super professional. Clear, responsive and proactive communication. Top-notch work done really efficiently. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Had a 100% positive experience working with Arthur on some rough plumbing in a master bath remodel. Will definitely be using this company again.

I had a dripping bathtub faucet for months and it was just getting too much so I finally called these guys. Jim fixed my problem quickly and, while plumbers are expensive, the price was fair.
