I called RooterEx for a second opinion. Another plumbing company had told me I needed $15,000 worth of work. My friend had used this company and recommended it. When I called them they were efficient and asked questions to assess what would be needed. They communicated every step of the way to let me know the technician was on the way and so forth. They confirmed that the work needed to be done, (my laundry room had been backing up frequently) it went from a $15,000 fix to a $900 fix. They explained everything they were going to do, they why, when, and how long it was going to take. They were very prompt and the work was done quickly. It’s unpleasant to have to spend a lot of money for unexpected home repairs. However I was comfortable that they were doing what was necessary, and they were charging a fair price. I am pleased to have found a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Thank you Paul!
