Had a great experience with Jose C. on this. He was communicative, honest, responsive and very professional. He helped us replace a few of our valves and was quick and did a great job as well.

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake! I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I’m very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable. The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under an hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don’t use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

We were looking at thousands of dollars in repair. Got a few estimates. Then Real Plumbers came over and told us that we weren’t seeing what the real problem is. They fixed fast and better than if we had done the total repipe. Grateful for my new plumbers. They treated me like I was family. Thanks so much.

I rarely do this. I was quote $8,500 by two companies to do a complete pipe replacement. Got a hold of Jose at real Plumbers and they came out (no service charge) same day. They quoted $7,300 to do the same job, BUT they got the crusted of the real problem $1,285 and explained, the may need to be fixed in future 5-6 years or never and if we do it, the job would be $1,285 less than my original quote. Wow!! I would recommend Jose / REAL PLUMBERS to everyone. Great to have lifetime Plumber, Electrician, Auto, & Carpet Cleaner. I could go on.........

Jose came to help replace a faucet, snake a drain, and replace a broken check valve. He is an exceptional plumber - courteous, responsible, punctual and fairly-priced. During one of the repairs, a hot water recirculation pump had a glitch and stopped working - he promptly came back the following morning to get it sorted out. That sort of responsibility and prompt fix is what sets Jose apart. Don't waste time looking for other plumbers - Jose and company is the best.

I was dreading having to call a plumber but these people blew me away! They were able to arrive same day and within the time frame they said. The worker was upfront about the price and very professional. I can’t recommend this company enough! Now I have my go to plumbers.
