Charles at Red Lilly is the best plumber we have ever worked with! He is so professional and kind and always shows up on time. We have had several issues with our new house, and Charles was the only plumber to actually figure out what was going wrong -- and at far cheaper rates than what others were quoting us. They took my call instantly, talked me through options online (we had a gas leak) and had someone at the house within hours who was courteous, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. Julian was very friendly, professional and experienced. Red Lilly quoted me a diagnostic for a gas leak that was 1/4 the cost of another plumber... that's not a misprint, 1/4 the charge of a competitor. Not only that they were available to come the same day. So I really can't be happier. Work was done, leak was gone. That said, one worry I have- which will not detract from my 5 star rating- is when I asked about the warranty the answer I got was that was very, very short. I won't give specifics, cus it varies from job to job, but I had an electrician come for a repair that was lifetime, so this was disappointing. Still, Im very happy with the visit.
