Adrian and his crew worked into the night to copper repipe our home. They assessed the situation and made sure all of the old leaking pipes were replaced and in working order. This company pays their employee's by commission sales, the employees will always try to add more problems to charge you more. If they can't find anything to charge you for, they will find a way and even go as far as breaking pipes in your crawlspace in order to charge you something. Majority of people who fall for their scams are elderly people as well. Ritz Plumbing and Rapid Plumbing are owned by the same people so don't any business with either of these shady companies.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM We hired them to switch out our old pedestal sink to a new pedestal sink which is a simple job that we had done before. They were here for longer than. 4.5 hours and never competed the job. They didn't bring simple equipment and had to borrow from us- simple things like a standard screw driver. The job wasn't completed and we went in to the office for them to finish the job. The manager scheduled with us to finish the job and it was a no show, and then we called to schedule again only to have another no-show. On top of it, they made an unauthorized charge on my card. Throughout the whole process, the communication and professionalism was hugely disappointing. To summarize, overall the whole experience was a culminations of small frustrations and huge frustrations. A big lesson in making sure you're careful about who you hire.

Adrian was amazing! He came ASAP and fetched my car keys out from my toilet and literally saved the day. Don't know what I would've done without his help. -Gabriela

Adrian A. was great! I had a gush of water coming out of my hedge area. He cleared out the debris, and worked hard to find the source of the leak. He did! He was quick and efficient and had all the tools he needed to fix the problem. We talked while he worked and he was friendly and professional. I would hire him again for any plumbing problem.

Reckless drive on the freeway driving on the shoulder pass traffic with no care in world. Pretty sure these company needs better drivers.

Excellent work. Inspected emergent issue, diagnosed matter quickly, and then set up job for the next morning. Upgraded plumbing so the problem won't occur again for many decades.
