Marco was such a great help and one of the most kind and patient service professionals I have ever dealt with. He not only solve a problem that brought me and my family so much relief but he explained the issue to me and gave us great advice so that in the future we will be able to prevent issues. Marco was fantastic. He figured out the problem with my thermostat quickly and resolved it. He was thorough, clear, fast, and friendly. He also provided additional information about membership offerings that I felt were very beneficial and with the price.

The power went out for my AC and furnace. The diagnosis proved to be challenging. Fortunately Julio, the technician who serviced my system, was someone who had worked at my house previously. This time, like the times before, he did meticulous work when he tested and repaired the problem. Now it's working perfectly! I highly recommend and I hope you're lucky and the company sends Julio!

My AC compressor failed on my 2yo unit. I had service Champions out for $100 to inspect and provide a quote. They wanted $6800 to replace the compressor (mind you it was still under warranty), replace the high side line dryer, and recharge the system. I complained and they refunded my $100. I had the same job done by another company for $600. You don’t get quotes like that every day in LA. I thought it was worth my time to review and save others the hastle.
