I recently had the pleasure of working with an incredibly professional electrician who not only conducted a thorough appraisal for my electric vehicle (EV) charger installation but also completed the entire 240 V charger setup on the same day. Julian the Electrician contacted me first to give me his ETA and arrived on time. Right away I can tell he had a great personality. He smiled and great interaction. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and receptive. He finished the jobs that I asked. He updated three of my outlets to gcfi and changed my other outlets that were original 1980s. I was so happy with the service. He texted promptly as well. i plan to hire him again to replace my bathroom fan once I find one that suits the size of the housing to replace old bathroom fan.

Austin and John were fantastic! They quickly identified the issue with our AC/heater and took the time to explain multiple solutions based on cost and timing. We needed a dryer vent installed and they were able to send someone out same day to take a look. We had Johnny as our technician and he was awesome!! Even with our very unique and difficult venting situation, he was able to come up with the perfect solution to make sure we didn’t have any fire hazards. He was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We will use United in the future and hope to see Johnny again!

Ben came to convert my existing electrical circuit for my dishwasher to an outlet. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and understood exactly what I needed. Took him about 45 minutes and he was done. Did a fantastic job. I was afraid it was going to cost a lot of money for the work but it was pretty inexpensive and he took care of the payment right on the spot. Would highly recommend him. Jason

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I was able to call and receive same day service even though it was not an emergency. The technician (I believe his name was Julian) was friendly and thorough. He listened to all of my concerns, recommended solutions, and executed on them within 24 hours. I also felt the price charged was very fair and reasonable. I will use this company again for any future electrical or plumbing needs.

Electrician “Ben” helped me out today with several electrical issues I’ve been facing in my older home. He was very kind & professional, & obviously knowledgeable with his trade. He advised me fairly, explaining my repair/replacement options clearly. The job was completed quickly. I would definitely ask for him again for any electrical home needs. Absolutely awesome service. I called around 8am and two techs were there at 10am. They had the issue diagnosed within minutes, checked everything, and explained what the problems were. I can't recommend these guys enough. Hats off to Heather, Johnny, and Austin for outstanding customer service. The Best!
