Hard to give feedback after an unexpected major home expense! But Advanced Trenchless made it worthwhile and very happy with the work done in a timely manner and for a reasonable costs! The team that came out did really a good job and presented themselves as professionals and kept me in the loop at all times. The ladies in the office were very nice and professional as well. Two thumbs up for Advanced Trenchless!

First I am grateful for replacing the 30 feet broken sewer line promptly and professionally. I am very happy with Advanced Trenchless company. I had two sewer companies came out and I was charged $250 from each company for using the camera to locate the breakage. I needed three estimates so Advance Trenchless was the third company I called. Nick came the next day with camera and did the estimate without charge. Wow, that was good. I finally hired Advanced Trenchless to replace the broken sewer. Nick explained the process clearly and it took only one day. I liked the 20 years warranty and the job would be inspected by contra costa county. Our church, Holy Spirit Episcopal Church in Concord had an ancient water pipe rupture outside. It was not covered by insurance and we knew it was a big complex job to repair or replace it. After having a couple of companies come out to assess, we chose Advanced Trenchless to do the job. Their estimate was reasonable, their advice to replace versus repair was sound and will save us money and effort in the long run. The assessment was very thorough and professional including quotes if there was an unexpected issue with one of the more complex interior pipe work needed. Errol supervised and even rolled up his sleeves to help his crew when needed. He always responded in a timely manner, made sure his crew were on task and had the supplies they needed. Communication was excellent! Kyle and Poe were very hard workers digging, and skilled pipe fitters. They went the extra mile to ensure a quality result. Very respectful, polite crew and cleaned up everything upon finishing. They observed and told us of other future potential pipe issues to watch out for and were willing to work with our Boiler company to make sure all was hooked up correctly for the unit. High attention to details and stayed until the job was done completely to permit standards. Stayed on budget thankfully! Very pleased to have water back in the church and will definitely call on this company for repairing our future pipe repair needs!

I recommend Nick of Advanced Trenchless. Nick used a camera and found the sewer problem and fixed my 4” sewer offset issue between the 4” cast iron pipe matchup to the city 4” clay pipe. He then cleaned the tree roots out all the way to the 6” main. Nick and his team was efficient and professional and price reasonable. Definetly check with Nick for his opinion on any sewer issue.

Very good experience with this company, and would recommend them. They came out and spent a lot of time diagnosing a plumbing problem, were super professional and easy to work with, and solved our issue. The guy who wrapped up our project also had good, common-sense recommendations for maintenance, which we appreciated and will implement. Thanks for great service!

Really pleased with Advanced Trenchless's work on our sewer lateral. They were responsive and came on site within a couple of days. Another plumber had failed twice to clear and scope the line... AT did it with no problem and provided a clear, fair recommendation. Would absolutely recommend and plan on asking them to perform regular maintenance.

I made a phone call to the business and within 24 hours a technician came out to diagnose the problem. After pricing out to other vendors, I decided to go with this business. They exceeded my expectations- taking care of permits, doing the work efficiently and using high quality materials. The only bottle neck was the City permit process, but this business was fast and efficient with their work. And they were also very easy to work with, responsive to both texts and phone calls.
