Nak for Plumbing, Inc

First time I've used Nak for Plumbing, I went with them mainly because they are a local company and got good reviews. All I have to say it was a great experience. They promptly responded to my request for service on my plugged up washing machine drain and scheduled us for next day service. The technicians showed up 10 minutes before their scheduled time , determined what the problem was, replaced the old steel drain pipe (which was 3/4 plugged at elbow), made sure the line was clear going into the main line, installed a new PVC drain pipe, and insured it would hand the volume of water from our new washer. All in less than 1hr. Very good communications, fair costs, and very professional work! I will not hesitate in using Nak again in the future!

We have had our pipes cleared twice by Nak, and recently had our hot water heater replaced by them. When the new heater stopped working recently, John (super friendly and knowledgeable) came right over and didn't charge us to troubleshoot the issue (earthquake safety valve had been triggered, shutting off gas to hot water heater). At first John tried to call on a Friday morning but when I didn't answer, he moved things around to come Friday afternoon. At first I was skeptical of his claim to have left a message Friday morning, but then AT&T delivered it to me about 3 days later! That motivated me to leave this review to say these guys are consistently reliable, competent, and friendly. Thank you.

John is an excellent plumber. His many years of experience really shows. He is a hard worker. Very professional and efficient. He is also great with communication. Friendly and helps get you on his calendar soon if you need it. I like that he has text reminders for appointments and an easy way to pay invoices online, as well as sends invoices via email. I have been recommending him to others and I definitely trust him to do whatever work we need here.

I’ve been using Nak for over 20 years now, and I’m always impressed by how professional the team is. I’ve had them replace my toilets, hot water tanks, and most recently fix my blocked drains. John is so knowledgeable and friendly. They provide five star service consistently year after year!!
