Alberto Gonzales is the best! He showed up and greeted us with a big smile on his face. He is very professional and highly knowledgeable. He demonstrated his expertise by not just giving me the price right away; instead , he ensured I understood what the problem was. He went under our crawlspace to make sure he provided my family and me with the correct information and appropriate diagnosis of our plumbing issue, which no other company had done that we previously consulted. He gave us options and informed us appropriately. I was also surprised by the quote he provided, which was much cheaper compared to the other company that came before him. Chris was the very best repairman I’ve ever had- not enough wonderful words to write about the service I experienced. He was polite, respectful of the house, efficient and took his time to explain and to answer my many questions. I can’t recommend or thank him enough for a job well done. I’ve had so many negative experiences- such a relief to know there are still wonderful people you can count on!! I really appreciated him - my faith in great service is renewed!!

Had to clear a sewer line that went to my septic tank. I usually am able to clear it with my snake, but this time I was not. I had a coupon for Rooter Hero so I decided to try them. Boy, was I pleased. Tyler and Jesse were a joy to work with and they had the clog cleared in no time. They honored my coupon with no problems or additions. Will definitely use them again.

Fair priced, answers all questions and helped educate me on the insides of the tank of toilet. Very helpful and fast arrival and repair. Kyle was very professional n straight forward in his assessment of my sewer problem. He showed me pictures n video of the situation. Offered recommendations. Him n his colleagues remedy the problem.

Damian arrived as scheduled. He explained what he was going to do. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional and patient. He let me know he'd need to have the camera tech come and he scheduled it for the next day. Damian & Christian arrived promptly. They explained thoroughly what the problem was and gave me the pros and cons so I was able to make an educated decision. Christian returned the next day and de-scaled my pipes. Both young men were a delight to work with. They did a great job.

Alex was very kind and friendly, and he answered all my questions. Took care of the sink issue quickly and without any problems. He's just another example of the great people working for Rooter Hero. Thanks again!
