I was pleased with the service provided by Stephen Delgado, technician, with the installation of a new ionizer. He was timely, personable, professional and very thorough. I appreciated how he handled himself. He listened to my concerns and provided quality service, which I always expect from Bell Brothers. I have remained with them for over 20 years, primarily because of this. You get what you pay for...quality service.

We had to replace our HVAC motor and tech from Bell Brothers-Wilber made a painful process easy to swallow. Wilber was extremely knowledgeable regarding warranties and walked us through different possibilities. He is professional and efficient at his job. Nice to see honest and dedicated people who know their work. Great experience!

Nickolas was on time and very professional. He did an amazing job of explaining all the different portions of the furnace and attic inspection and took detailed notes. He was able to share with me before and after photos of the discrepancies he found and was able to fix. I would highly recommend Bell Bros and their membership program since this visit was also free with the program.

These guys know their stuff. They came to do the maintenance my furnace and left everything super clean. They showed me with pictures and videos how my system looked as well as other things such as duct work. They left me with so much knowledge and understanding regarding my system and all the parts that make it efficient. Bell Bros is the best.

Last week we had a series of power failures/brown outs in your neighborhood that lasted about a half of hour. I am not sure if that was the cause but our heat pump would not shut down even after we turned the system off, so we called Bell Brothers. William Hayden came out to our home. He asked us to describe the problem and after asking a few questions he went up in the attack and checked the heat pump. He also went outside and checked the compressor. He was there a little less than a hour doing his diagnosis. Following his diagnosis he described what he thought might have been the problem and said the unit is working fine now (which it is) because during the troubleshooting process he did was a system reboot which seemed to solve the problem. Not being satisfied with the reboot solving the problem he called and got approval from his supervisor to replace some heat strip sensors that he felt could have been the problem. Since he did not have those parts in his truck they were put on order in which he will install once they arrive. William was polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Currently the unit is turning off and on as normal and is working fine with no problems. It is nice to know that Bell Brothers has employees like William is thorough in doing his job. 5 stars and two thumbs up.

Is such a great gentleman! He took the time to explain what and how he was doing and even assisted us with chores while he was waiting for the water heater to drain, stating glad to help, we do good deeds for free! I got my furnace installed in 2022 and I religously replace the filter every 3 months. The installation is clean and well done which is why there's 2 stars in this review. Last week my furnace would not activate and I requested a service visit. I was told that the warranty is only for parts and not labor. Also a $99 fee will be billed for them coming out for diagnosis which I agreed. Tech came and had me sign the $99 agreement prior to diagnosing which I did. He then diagnosed and while on the process of his diagnosis, he fixed the issue by cleaning the fire sensor. He then tells me that this visit will be $99 diagnosis plus $160/165 for level 1 repair. I was surprised! I did not even approve the repair (if there's any) he was just diagnosing and fixed it on the process. He then offers to lower the price by purchasinga 1 year maintenance package which is better as the total dropped to 160. Main issue here is that I was not informed about the price change, repair cost and this did not meet their guarrantee "no surprise". It is even written at the back of the technician's shirt "The no surprise guys" well guess what I was surprised. Management then calls me as a follow up for my concern and at the end of the day, they left me no choice to choose the smartesr option which is to just get the 1 year maintenance package because eventhough I can perform the maintenance myself, they said that Lennox will look for maintenance documentation incase of future warranty claims. This is how they get you tied up in paying yearly for unnecessary labor. No more Lennox or Bell brothers for me in the future product needs.
