Juan Guzman did a great job detecting my toilet water leak. He replaced the faulty part and completed the work in a timely manner. He also checked my shower to be sure there were no leaks in that area. I was very pleased with his work. Thanks for sending such a competent plumber my way.

I had a major gas leak and they scheduled me as soon as possible. The plumbers they sent out where awesome. I appreciated how courteous they were. They showed me every leak they found and let me know when they fixed it. I really trusted how thorough they were. Unfortunately, I ended up having to have my major gas lines replaced, and they shared with me about how it would take less time and be easier to access in the long run to change where the line ran. The old line ran under the house in a pretty shallow crawl space that required some digging out to get to the gas line to check for (and find) the link and then close it off. They were able to come the next day (even arriving earlier than scheduled). I also appreciated their efficiency, that it wasn't as many hours as they told me it might be. It's not always pleasant to have repair people in and out of your house, but they had good energy, even when running into challenges.

This is a great company. We had a leak and they were here quickly. They showed up exactly as promised. The work was done right the first time. Worth every dollar !

Update: Update: The owner Greg made this right and called me personally over this issue. I thought we were dealing with the owner all this time. Apparently not and based on the level of sincerity and integrity from Jim to rectify this situation, he has remained a loyal customer. original: I no longer trust this company. They lost a part of my water softener turbine while replacing the bypass valve and repairing copper line and then threw the rest of the part inside of the valve piping and left my water softener not functional. I spent $600 in labor and parts for this job and they refused to investigate the problem when I called and just said they don't fix water softeners stating it must have broken after their work. Well, you did work on the bypass valve of my water softener where the part was and the employee knew he was missing a part. It took my disabled husband and I 45 minutes to take apart their valve job and find half of a turbine in it. We found the other portion on the floor mixed with dirt and water behind the softener. We put it back together, and now my water softener works. I contacted the owner Daniel with no response or any offer to make it right. This shows a lack of customer care, integrity or responsibility for their employees and their work. How disappointing considering we have used them for years. This is the second issue in the last 6 months with them. As I told Daniel, the employee could have mentioned the missing portion of the turbine and we could have looked for it and found it since it was 2 feet away from the water softener. You can clearly see it in this picture I sent him. Not even the courtesy of a response from this owner. Time to find a new plumbing company. I no longer recommend them.
