I recently had the pleasure of working with Raphael from Boxer Plumber, and I can't recommend him enough! He has received excellent training from UA Local 393 Union, which really shows in his work. I was a bit nervous about installing a new faucet in my condo, especially since it meant shutting off the water for the entire building. But Raphael arrived 20 minutes early to assess everything, which immediately put me at ease. Since the moment I contacted him, Raphael was very responsive, reliable, and throughout the repair, he was professional, confident, communicative, and friendly. I felt like I could trust him completely, which is a rarity with larger companies that often outsource their services—you never know what you’re going to get. Boxer Plumber is a family-owned business, and it really shows in their reliability and customer care. I’ve had experiences with bigger companies that just don’t compare. If you want someone you can trust to get the job done right, Raphael is your guy!

I required a kitchen faucet replacement and called Boxer’s Plumbing. Rafael came over same day and got the faucet replaced in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient while he explained the new upgraded faucet. Would 100% recommend.

Woken in the middle of the night by water leaking from the kitchen ceiling. On the second floor above that area is the water heater. Called around (middle of the night) and Boxers Plumbing responded, with Rafael contacting me very early in the morning that he would be stopping by. Quickly diagnosed the issue (our water heater was 20+ years old). He went out and got a brand new professional unit, and spent the morning removing the old one, and installing the new one. Great professionalism, friendliness, and quick to answer my novice questions. Very good guy and now 10 days later, things still ok with no issues. Thanks Boxers and especially Rafael! Again, great guy! Hopefully not, but if we ever have plumbing needs in the future, Rafael and Boxers is our first call!

I highly recommend Boxers Plumbing! Quality work at a reasonable price! Rafael and his crew are amazing! Rafael is incredibly hard working, communicative, responsible, trustworthy, timely, transparent, and knowledgeable. Everything you would want in someone that comes to do work, especially when it is big and costly. They re-piped all of our pipes from galvanized steel to copper, installed a softener, and installed a water filter so quickly. Rafael and his team tirelessly worked non-stop for a few days with few breaks to ensure we got water back on quickly. When there was a little issue after the work was done, Rafael came by immediately and addressed the issue. I’ve already told several co-workers, friends, and neighbors about Boxers Plumbing even when they were not even looking for a plumber. They are our go-to plumbers from now on and we will refer more people!

They are great quality plumber! Rafael is sincere and working hard plumber. He is simply the best I ever met during my 40 years residency in San Jose area.Further more his charge is unbelievable affordable!!

Both of my bathrooms were clogged and overflowing. Thinking the day was almost over and that the problem wouldn't be fixed, I called Boxer's Plumbing. Rafael and Chris came over without hesitation, immediately identified the issue, and fixed it quickly. They are very knowledgeable, and I will definitely use their services again if any other plumbing issues come up.
