If I could give more than five stars to A1ZUZU I would! I am so glad and thankful that they were the ones to install my New AC Unit and system. Johnny was very professional , helpful and genuine. He gracefully guided me through the whole process. He explained and illustrated all what was needed to know in a very clear and professional way. Also, he explained all the options based on a clear and accurate diagnosis and after a thorough examination. This made me sure which option I go with and very comfortable with my decision. Again I am very thankful for A1 Zuzu and their great job. They are outstanding! I highly recommend them. Thank you again!

Great service, professional, very thorough and knowledgeable. Courteous, prompt, very efficient and price competitive. Can't say enough about how satisfied I am with my experience w A1 Zuzu. I had my entire AC/Heating system replaced. They did excellent work and went above and beyond to get it done in a timely matter. Hard to find good honest companies now a days. I am a very happy satisfied customer. Thank you Highly, highly recommended !

I called them on the evening of June 26 2024 because a heat wave in the triple digits was coming that weekend . The air conditioner had stopped working. Jay the owner answered every question I had probably twice that night. He came the next day and confirmed the unit needed to be condemned . Jay brought to my attention the unit was manufactured in 1982. Jay said i needed a new unit because of its age and the repairs it needed. Also he said i would save on my bill as well. They were very busy but he said I will get it done for you before this weekend we will do whatever it takes. They got it done before the heatwave and now the house feels so cold. My thermostat is set for 74 degrees and it feels like a refrigerator inside no kidding. We couldn't be happier with the process and the new unit . Thank you Jay and your guys . Mike Johnson
