Blue Collar Plumbing and Rooter

Reed, the owner of blue collar plumbing told us one price. He then asked for more money. We agreed with a signed work order, then he asked for even more money. He is trying to get rich off of his customers by being a poor businessman and not sticking to his word. His word obviously means nothing.
