Technician was on time as scheduled but the $250 service call offered no real benefit to me. They basically charged me to tell me I needed a new water heater, which I already kinda knew. After I requested a quote for a replacement, I never heard from them again. Typical. New modern service standards have basically forced me to learn to do everything myself.

Golden state is the 3rd plumbing company to come to my home & assess the problem I was having with my plumbing. He immediately reassured me he can fix it. After hearing bad news from the other contractors my warranty company sent . Jimmie was here to save the day. He reassured me he can fix it & he did & it looks great works great. I won’t be going anywhere else for my plumbing needs. I recommend 100%. I got a very old home & he figured out with ease. Best part I didn’t feel like I was getting cheated out of my money & getting charged for things I didn’t need. Honest, kind ,quality work. Thank you guys
