Innovation Plumbing is the most professional company I have used. Recently I needed to replace the shower heads and kitchen faucet. Tony communicated that he was on his way and arrived on time as promised. Tony was very pleasant and did not leave any kind of mess, everything was cleaned up absolutely no mess left behind. This is not the first time I have had an excellent experience with Innovative Plumbing. Previously Tony replaced my garbage disposal and Bill reset and replaced the inner workings of the toilet. Each time I was impressed with their punctuality, awesome customer service, and willingness to answer questions. There is no other plumbing company that I would consider contacting when I have a need.

Innovation was quick to reply to my call and scheduled a service call promptly. Bill and Tony worked effectively to determine the source of the hot water leak and made a first-class repair. It was a difficult area in the crawl space but they handled it professionally. The other part of the job was to remove the water heater and hookup a temporary heater. Again, professional work and efficiently completed. Very satisfied with the whole process.

Communication was outstanding from confirmation of appointment to technician dispatch. Plumber was very kind and incredibly thorough, showed me everything he repaired. Left the place just as clean as he found it. Highly recommend!!
