this crappy company sent a plumber on the second day of being contracted by my home waranty company to fix a pinhole leak in a water pipe. The plumber did not have the basic materials onhand to fix it and had to leave it for another day. Upon calling the next day, I was informed they needed approval from the warranty company to proceed which was not obtained until the end of day. Nobody contacted me on the third day even though I had requested a callback on the previous day. When I did manage to reach the scheduling person (on friday morning), I was informed that the plumber would not be available until the following tuesday even though I informed them that this would result in having the water shut off for 6 days. She did not seem to care or place any urgengy even though the fix was a simple 30 patch. Its no wonder the majority of reviews are all negative one star. I hope folks read the poor reviews before contrating with these folks.

My home warranty company arranged for T&N Plumbing to come out to unclog my kitchen sink. I had to wait 7 days for the appointment despite having putrid water backed up in my sinks. On the morning of the appointment, (1/9/25) I received a call that the assigned tech couldn’t come and they would send another tech out in the afternoon. At 6:00 pm yesterday I received a call telling me that they would not be coming but I could reschedule for next week. I insisted that they send someone out today(1/10/25) as I have already waited over a week. The plumber arrived at 7:00am but was unable to unclog the pipe because he did not have what he needed to snake out the drain. He took the service fee despite not completing the work and said someone would return later in the day. I received a phone call from the office informing me that no one could unclog my drain until NEXT MONDAY. I explained the issue, that I had been cancelled on once, and that they needed to send someone to unclog my drain even if it meant someone coming out after hours. The REFUSED to do what they said they would do, they took our money, and we sit here waiting for a new plumber to do what their incompetent business could not or was unwilling to do. This business is unprofessional, unethical, and unreliable. DO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Lousy customer service. Technician did not show up three different dates. No phone call to the customer each time. Get a negative attitude everytime I’ve called to complain. Do not use this company at all!!! I’m an operations director and the lack of action and professionalism is something I will not tolerate. You must be the best at avoiding jobs. Since February 7th my wife cannot use her bathtub. Unacceptable. I’ll never give you business again and I have filed a formal complaint with the warranty company. I get a text 34 minutes after 12 pm my appointment is cancelled. My time is valuable, yours clearly isn’t.

Worst company ever. My home warranty sent this piece of crap company out. The tech looked at my panel for 2 seconds said the home warranty won’t cover it. Gave me a price then offered to do the work on side for cheaper! When I called the office Liz assured me that she would up later the report sent to my home warranty so they would reopen the service request. Come to find out she sent the same report so the work wouldn’t be covered. Now I’m fighting with my home warranty just to get a second opinion. Do not use these people! They are the worst!

Overall, a frustrating experience with inadequate scheduling, poor customer service, and limited repairs. Timeliness: T&N rescheduled my appointment twice. After the 2nd occurrence, I called T&N to express my frustration with the cancellations. I explained to the receptionist, Ang, that it was becoming an inconvenience to rearrange my schedule because of work and she simply responded with "ok". Service: The day of the visit, the plumber, Kevin, was at my house for probably a total of 45 minutes. I walked him through the 3 issues I submitted with my home warranty. Overall, he was very friendly and informative, but did not fulfill the repair requests. He was able to fix 1 of 3 issues, but the other two issues, he provided suggestions on what I should do, but he himself did not perform the work. I pretty much paid my home warranty company to have someone come tell me what to do to fix the problems I'm experiencing instead of fixing the issues.

I have home warranty of America. They put out the claim and this company always picks up the job. This is the worst plumbing business I have ever experienced. The receptionist is rude, talks over the customer and doesn't listen, (only 1 if them), the technicians tell me the problem and my insurance company another problem so the original problem is never fixed. And, I get charged for every call out. This company is milking me and the insurance company in a very strategic manner and they are being called out on it I hope no one ever uses this company again. I would give them a negative number if I could. They are nothing but a scam!!!!!!!

Now I understand why this company has bad ratings!! I had First American Home Warranty who sent these guys out from T& N and they diagnosed my water heater wrong & installed the wrong one back in 3-22. I’ve been having problems w/this water heater every since ! They 1st denied coming to my home. But I keep all receipts!!! It should have been a hydro water heater that controls both hot water & the heat system in my home. Now they are refusing to help !! Small claims is on the way !!! T & N IS A TERRIBLE PLUMBING COMPANY !!!

My home warranty send them to come to my house after I callled and try to confirm to make sure that they are coming to fix4 to 5 item, she was telling me over the phone that they are coming to only fix one issue at the time! I quickly called our insurance and canceled and did not want them to come to my house. Changed the vender and the day that another vender has come to inspect our home, saw them drive by our property and try to sneak into our home and pretend they instead company has send them. I did not allow them inside and told them we are not interested any service from their office and I do not show up at my house at all. I personally would not give this company any star at all.
