Work was done efficiently. Much better/even heat distribution. Only issue is they need to permanently cap off the heater vent in the roof. They did a great job of minimizing the disruption and containing the insulation which was in the attic. Photos are before and after. I'd show the improved ducting but the improvement doesn't show up you just feel it.

Back in 2021 our old air conditioner stopped working in the middle of summer. We decided to give Klaus & Sons a call to see if they could get a new one installed quickly and for a decent price, which they did and we are so happy with their job. Fast-forward to today, 2025, and we are having The whole unit, the compressor and furnace, serviced by them as well. It was great seeing David again, the same guy that was out here originally for the install. He arrived right on time working quickly and efficiently on both the furnace and the compressor. He fixed the slight problem we had with the furnace and gave some great tips for the future. I’d also like to add that David made a point not to track in any dirt into the house, he put these coverings on his shoes To prevent that from happening, and I greatly appreciate that. After receiving a questionably high estimate to replace a broken water main, and having messages go unanswered by other plumbers, a friend recommended that I contact Klaus & Sons. I filled out their on-line form that evening and received a phone-call at 7:30 am the next morning to schedule an estimate that day. Wes came out as scheduled , discussed options, and gave me a detailed estimate for the work that was significantly lower than my previous quote. I appreciated that he was prompt, listened to my concerns, and communicated clearly what to expect. After replacing the water main, they had gained my trust so I had several minor plumbing issues repaired and asked them to check out my sewer line since I am planning remodeling and suspected there might be issues due to age and delayed maintenance, This led to clearing root blockages and identifying where the line was OK and where replacement would be advisable during remodel. In all our transactions, I was impressed by the company's clear verbal and written communication, ease and speed of scheduling, thoroughness of estimates, and the promptness of receipts. I also appreciated that I had the option to pay by check!

We called Klaus and son’s to check a water leak under the kitchen sink. The dispatch (Monica) was able to find an available technician to come out in the next 2 hours on same day. Jake was the name of the technician who explained the best solution to resolve this issue. The work took about 2 1/2 hours and we are very happy with the results. He has done a great job. If you have any plumbing issues I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. 02/03/2024. Reached out to Klaus and Son’s for a leaky kitchen faucet. Tim the technician did a great job by removing and replacing the faucet with a new one. At the end he checked all the pipes to make sure that there are no more leaks . Klaus & Sons has been our plumber of choice for a number of years. They have helped solve some of our drain issues and this time was just as good. Mario is conscientious, clean and friendly. We are happy with the work they have done for us.
