Abner provided exceptional service when installing my new water heater. He responded very quickly and arrived about ten minutes early. His efficiency was impressive, completing the installation the same day. After finishing, he even cleaned up thoroughly. He was very polite, professional, and meticulous, asking if I had any questions. I’ll definitely recommend this company to friends for their great service and quality products. I’m very satisfied!

John at sweetwater plumbing was the most helpful, nicest plumber I have ever met. He went above and beyond to help me and his employee that came to my house to help unclog a bathroom drain was also incredibly kind and efficient. It is hard to find people that you can trust in this business, at least that has been my experience, but these guys showed me there are still some people that you can trust and that do good work for a reasonable price. I will most definitely always call John when i need help and refer him to anyone I know that needs help with plumbing issues.

We had a few issues with the original job of flushing out our kitchen sewer line, but the company's owner went way out of his way to make to rectify the problem and make sure we were satisfied with their service. In reality, you don't learn much about a company when things go well other than you were fortunate that things went well. You learn a lot when there is a problem. I was extremely impressed the way the ownership deal with me and make sure they went above and beyond to keep us as a satisfied customer. I would certainly utilize their services again.

Sweetwater Plumbing did an outstanding job on the installation of my new hot water heater. It was a pleasure working with them from the moment I called to make the appointment. On the day of installation, they displayed high levels of professionalism in everything. Johnny, Anthony and Victor arrived on time, gave me a super high-quality system and cleaned up the area. Came and did a diagnostic. Advised of a couple solutions. Made an unpleasant situation as good as it can be. Will be looking to do repairs with them. Came and did repair work, very good communications, and excellent work. John gives a personal touch as well.

Update: Freddy from Sweetwater Plumbing came in to take care of a dripping shower head. He did an incredible job, patiently addressed my concerns, and was thoroughly professional. I'm very happy, once again, that i called Sweetwater Plumbing! Excellent customer care. Replaced broken kitchen faucet expertly and efficiently. Tech's name is Victor. Loved him! He immediately put us all at ease, helped troubleshoot an issue we were having with cold/hot water, was courteous, and the company is fair on pricing. We have found our new regular plumbing service!

I had to have a new water heater. When I called Sweetwater Plumbing they sent a plumber right out. Freddy Lopez was outstanding and explained everything to me.
