Advantage Plumbing & Rooter

I had a very positive experience with Advantage Plumbing and Rooting. My kitchen and washer drain lines were both obstructed. I called in the morning and Steve, the owner, was able to get a plumber out in a few hours to fix the issue. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I did call several local plumbers and Advanced Plumbing and Rooting were very competitive pricing. Mauricio, the plumber who did the work was polite, professional and experienced. He cleared both drain lines quickly, tested the water flow, cleaned up and was on his way. I was very impressed with Mauricio’s high-level of service and felt confident that he was working in my best interests. He asked questions to understand the problem and explained how he was going to resolve it. As a side note, this was my first time using this business. From my experience, I would feel confident using Advantage Plumbing and Rooting again and also recommend them to family and friends.

Victor and Jose were most excellent! Had a ceiling leak in my garage that they were able to quickly diagnose was related to an improperly installed shower drain by a contractor who was putting in a shower for me. The best part was when Victor handed the contractor the bill and it was paid on the spot. I've used Advantage on a few other things but this confirms I will never use any other contractor except Advantage from here on out.

I had Advantage Plumbing take care of a Kitchen sink stoppage. I called and spoke with Steve who I believe is the owner. It was late in the day and although I could not get anyone out that late in the day, Steve said he could be out first thing in the morning, mind you he would be coming out Saturday. I couldn’t have asked for more. Steve had a positive attitude and great personality. Thanks Steve my tenant was very pleased!

Steve Hutkin and his team at Advantage Plumbing were the best! I had a major sewage pipe problem where tree roots had broken the 1926 main pipe. It was a big job but they were kind, professional and did an amazing job. And were very reasonable and fair. It was an emergency and they delivered and went above and beyond.

Advantage Plumbing did excellent, very professional, work on plumbing issues in our bathroom and kitchen. We needed someone more expert than our normal plumber and they fit the bill. We'd be happy to use them for anything involving relatively expensive fixtures or suboptimal, old but lovely, Spanish house internals.

As a property manager I have to say that Advantage Plumbing is the BEST company out there to service my properties. They are extremely professional and they show up on time. The pricing for service matches the quality of service they provide. I recommend them from drain clearing to a re-pipe, these are the guys you want to hire!!

Steve was referred by Joe Grueter who is a well known Contractor in Pasadena. Steve explains the problem and is efficient and quick with the fix. In my case, he also made a video with an endoscope which revealed another problem that needed attention. With my approval, he arranged to make the fix at a fair price. I would not hesitate to call him if another problem surfaced in the future.

Steve and his team are great! They have helped us out in a pinch several times and are always on time, friendly and do high quality work. We are loyal customers for life!
