I highly recommend Fix It Plumbing! I have always had a positive experience using their services. Their team is incredibly professional, and the technicians are knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. I’ve had several large projects completed by them, with the most recent being a furnace and AC replacement. I always receive both a verbal and electronic quote before work begins, which I really appreciate. The technicians were punctual, kept me updated throughout the process, and communicated excellently every step of the way. Overall, they were respectful and professional, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.

We hired Fix It Fast to replace our aging gas heater with a new heat pump system. From the beginning of the job to its completion, we found everyone we worked with to be professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Sam answered all our questions, responding in record time to any queries. He explained all the various rebates and payment options, and even though we encountered a couple of unanticipated glitches that needed to be addressed during the four-day installation, he adhered to his original bid. The team of technicians, lead by Ernie, did a wonderful job. They worked long hours to ensure that the job got done in a timely manner. They were unfailingly polite and prompt and left the work area immaculate each evening . We would most certainly recommend Fix It Fast, and especially technicians Ernie and Michael, for your plumbing and/or HVAC needs. Despite the significant monetary investment, we are very happy to have a much more sustainable heat pump system and glad we found Fix-It-Fast through local 3C-REN.

We had a great experience with Fix It Fast! Tree roots had misaligned, as well as blocked, our main sewer line. Fix It Fast sent a team over a holiday weekend to clear the blockage and gave us a thorough diagnosis of the full extent of the issue and an estimate at an affordable price. The team came out just a couple of days later to install a clean out and repair a 22' section of our sewer main with PermaLiner. The team was friendly and efficient, explaining progress as they went. Upon completion, our yard was left clean and back to normal. We are very happy with the work done by Fix It Fast! Highly Recommend!!!

We had a shower leak and a kitchen faucet issue. Nate was able to come out the same day, diagnose the issues, and gave me clear upfront pricing and options. He completed both jobs efficiently and effectively and cleaned everything before he left. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him.

Called for a leaking tankless water heater and they came out the following business day without having to pay for emergency service. Jaime came out was very professional and had great communication prior to arrival. A gentleman from the company Lynn was in touch as well to check on status and satisfaction. They were able to get my water heater warrantied from rheeem. I would recommend and use their service in the future. The owner also reached after it was all repaired and taken care of just to make sure all went well. I thought that was pretty exceptional. Its important to know how good your people are representing your company..Jaime was great and did a great job.

I am very happy with the job. The crew was great. They were punctual and left my home clean at the end of the day. This is the first heating system I have ever had and it is truly a blessing.

Senior citizen over 75 yrs. Called for service to replace hot and cold kitchen faucet cartridges that I purchased ahead of service at HD. My faucet had a drip and cartridges need changing. Pro was not sure if that would take care of the issue even though all the online info suggested that would fix the drip because the plastic washers wear out and dont allow a complete shutoff. I was quoted over $350 but received a discount to bring it to $318. 5 min of work to take 2 scees out and put in the two new cartridges. I timed it in my cell phone that was on the kitchen tile while he worked. I said 'is that it'?I could not believe I fell for their ethical scam of taking afvantage of customers. He of course had me sign a work order before he began. I am reporting them to the state contractors boatd along with county offices for their practices of scamming and falsifying labor involved. Do not use them! Do your homework first and even thoug I did, I fell for it!!'
