Called on the weekend when we noticed water coming into the room backing up to our water heater closet. The tech came as soon as he finished with a prior customer. He was so nice, very professional, and got the problem fixed quickly. He even cleaned up the standing water. My husband watched him the whole time and said he really knew what he was doing and was very friendly to talk with. We were both very pleased with the service he provided.

When it comes to customer service that will say how a company works!! That Michelle women is rude and I’m glad we did not use them. I can only imagine how they would treat the elderly… Michelle you are not professional and the tone you gave off was to be money hungry! If this is how you represent the company, that sucks! I’m glad we did not proceed.

I do not trust this company...One of their own employees caused $2,000 in *water damage* when the plumbing from his condo leaked water into my unit. Both myself and the HOA tried for 5 years to get this guy to fix his leak. Now we are suing him for the repairs that *we paid for*...and this guy worked at a plumbing company!? When I called the staff to ask about the incident, they acted like they did not know him, repeatedly said they would call me back and never did. I finally called the owner who who had absolutely no concern whatsoever, claimed the guy was a former warehouse manager years ago yet somehow knew all about the incident before I even explained it. Sketchy...these are not honest people and I would never trust a plumbing company that lies or would hire such an irresponsible employee that would actually *cause* water damage himself!

They did a nice job. There staff was very responsive even on a weekend, and they followed through on their work and did it at the exact price quoted. Would use their services again if needed
