Had an excellent experience with Bay Water. They re-piped my entire house after discovering a slab leak. Work was fast and installation was done carefully with minimal wall openings. Alvaro was great at ensuring everything was done to good standards. All passed city inspection, and the new system works great. Pricing was competitive. My AO SMITH water heater stopped running. Tommy from Bay Water Plumbing came to repair it. He nailed down the complicated problem by pinpointing a faulty switch quickly! He then came back later with the part and started to replace the switch. Now the water heater is working. Tommy is a very good technician who is very knowledgeable, capable and professional. If your house need to install the Moen Flo water auto shut off and earthquake gas auto shut off devices, Bay Water plumbing is the way to go. Where can I start, Alvaro is probably the best plumber or contractor I have worked with. He installed my water softener systems and RO years ago. 7yrs later he’s still providing me tips and suggestions on the water softener systems and help diagnose issues over the phone without charging me a penny. I often ask him about plumbing questions over the phone around the house and he is able to help me time to time to DIY to save a ton of money. I can’t thank Alvaro enough and I recommend him to anyone. You are making the right decision working with him and you will not regret it. Highly recommended.

Got a new water heater and have it installed by a plumbing company last week, but noticed there was a leakage yesterday so I called the manufacturer early in the morning to assign a technician to resolve this. Tommy of Bay Water Plumbing came around noon to replace the unit. He did a great job on the work. He was also very patient and helpful while waiting for me to go through the paper works to get the replacement in the retail store. I was also very happy with the company as they responded immediately to my urgent need since leaking water could cause issues to my house if not resolved quickly. Fortunately, they fixed it in a very short period of time.

Alvaro and his team with Bay Water Plumbing were excellent. We had a whole house repipe. They finished the job in three days, and there were no issues. They kept the house clean while they did the work too. Alvaro answered every question that I had, and he usually replied within a few hours.
