Recently had a leak in our wall. Called Doc's plumbing. Customer service was great, and they were very prompt. The technician that they sent was able to identify where the leak was coming from and stopped it and repaired it. Could tell he was experienced. All in all, I felt safe and everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

They did an excellent job. Had them come out through Fidelity home warranty. I was nervous at first since my home warranty doesn't have the best reviews. But when docs plumbing came out they were professional and was able to find a mystery leak I had in my ceiling. I would use them again

Docs plumbing is amazing. They are always dependable and very reasonable with pricing. I have been using them for years. They stand by there work and I know if anything goes wrong they will take care of it.

Good customer service. Cleared out our backed up bath tub. Went under our house, even gave us advice about our toilet. Would call them again if I ever have any other plumbing issues.

Don’t know how to spell his name but Darryl/Darell helped us out fast. Initial visit took like 5 mins and only took him a little over a half hour to fix our hot water after he got the parts. Thanks!

Doc's Plumbing is amazing! Our home warranty company referred us to them after the original vendor didn't fix the problem and didn't allow us to reschedule. Daryl (sorry if I misspelled your name) was extremely helpful responsive and answered all my questions even going as far as to recommend additional preventive measure my family can take to maintain the new garbage disposal he replaced. I will highly recommend Doc's Plumbing for all my plumbing service needs in the future. I was nervous after reading the other reviews but they really came through! Thank you Doc's!

I had a cold water pipe burst and my landlord sent over docs plumbing. When scheduled for an emergency situation the soonest they could come was in 4 days. After they “fixed” the pipe their new install fell apart after 12 hours and was even worst that it was when they started. After countless voicemails I left they finally agreed to come back in ANOTHER 4 days. These guys are unresponsive and have poor quality work and when confronted, nothing is their problem and you’ll just have wait until they’re not busy. Both times they came they showd up late for their 3 hour window.
