Outstanding service! We had a pressure relief valve go out on a water heater, causing damage to items stored in the garage. Within two hours of my call, the repairs had been completed, and the water heater was back in operation. Allen Plumbing also replaced our three toilets several years ago with Toto low-flush toilets, and they have been working flawlessly ever since.

Leak under kitchen sink. Called, was told I would get a return call from an on-call technician. Received call over an hour later. Tech told me it’s better to schedule during the week, I told him what the problem was and he told me he didn’t cary replacement hose, I would have to order it or he can replace the faucet all together, but I’d still have to go purchase it first. So then why call a plumber if he doesn’t have the items to do the job! Waste of my time!

It's taken them more than TWO MONTHS to complete a job on a TINY HOUSE. The plumber says he'll be back but doesn't show up. When he does come, he says he needs parts he doesn't have. EVERY TIME -- he says he needs to go get more parts. The job was a small one and all necessary elements were clear up front -- this is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN. Now I need to find another plumber to complete this job -- something I could have done over a month ago. I've been told that other jobs that pop up take priority over my house. I don't know how they stay in business if this is how they deal with all their customers. Maybe it's just my house. Either way, I'm never using them again, obviously.
