Luis is a great plumber. My father and I manage a few apartments and he has done several jobs for us from small to large. From re-piping a main water line to fixing a toilet leak. He is very quick to respond to calls, follows up and gets to the job done in a timely manner. He also charges a very fair price. He is our go to plumber.

Luis is the best plumber my wife and I have ever worked with. We’ve worked with Luis on multiple projects so far - from large bathroom remodels to small maintenance situations - and he’s been fantastic to work with. Very communicative, fair prices and always does what’s best for his customers. He’s our go to guy for any future plumbing projects!

Ace Bay has been a huge help in the last few months, both outside (replacing the main pipe leading into our residence) and inside (replacing both a toilet and a faucet). Highly recommended.

They moved one of our water lines from one wall to another and they came back to connect everything (sink, dishwasher, and stove) after our stonework was complete. Ace Bay Plumbing was so professional when I called. They came right on time and did the plumbing work around my house. Some plumbers come late and take forever to do a job so I was like I hope these people don’t come and slack around but they actually work on time and took time to explain to me and did a great job. I will definitely continue to call them when I need work around my house.

Mr. Luis came out on his off day to help me and when he didn't have a tool he came back and completed the job three days later! I am thankful he came thru and serviced my kitchen sink. I was glad to have reached out to him. Great work on my terrible clogged up sink.

What can I possibly say about Manny? Only the best because anything else would be a lie. I had a mystery occuring in my lateral. And there was water coming into my basement. He came to my house faster than I could have ever imagined. He was able to diagnose the problem and he was incredibly accurate. The problem got solved. He was and is a blessing! Dont hesitate on calling him. He knows what he is doing and he's honest and wont cheat you or exaggerate the situation. Extremely professional, courteous clean and polite.
