Staying true to his word, Duane, along with his courteous assistant Nathan, showed up the next day with a new 50-gallon heater in their van. They arrived earlier than the stated time and Duane quickly identified that the pressure-reducing valve of our house was faulty. He also fixed the dripping shut-off valve to the backyard tap without any extra charges. He offered me a fair quote to replace the faulty pressure-reducing valve since he was already present at our location. Once the installation was complete, it was clear that Duane's work was top-notch. He took the time to walk me through everything he had done and provided detailed instructions on maintenance procedures. Our overall experience with Duane was beyond excellent.
