Duane, the skilled and thorough master plumber is not just efficient but also friendly and fair. When our aging water heater began leaking from multiple points recently, I reached out to Duane. We had a positive experience with him earlier when he guided me over the phone on fixing a leaky toilet valve without any charges. Although he was knee-deep in the process of fixing a large pipe for a community building, he regretted not being able to assist us on the same day. However, he provided a reasonable quote for a new water heater including labor charges and committed to visiting our house the next day, regardless of the late hours. Staying true to his word, Duane, along with his courteous assistant Nathan, showed up the next day with a new 50-gallon heater in their van. They arrived earlier than the stated time and Duane quickly identified that the pressure-reducing valve of our house was faulty. He also fixed the dripping shut-off valve to the backyard tap without any extra charges. He offered me a fair quote to replace the faulty pressure-reducing valve since he was already present at our location. Once the installation was complete, it was clear that Duane's work was top-notch. He took the time to walk me through everything he had done and provided detailed instructions on maintenance procedures. Our overall experience with Duane was beyond excellent. A five-star rating hardly does justice to his exceptional service.

After I sent him some pictures of my old water heater, he quickly provided an estimate via text. Jaime was flexible with my last-minute schedule change, arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. He left the area clean and even took the old heater away by himself. i called in the middle of the night when my sump pump check valve had an issue due to melting snow filling up the sump well. i was pleasantly surprised when i got a quick response, and within 20 minutes, the plumber arrived at my home. he had all the necessary parts right on his truck. he replaced my sump check valve with a 'no knock' valve, and now it’s working perfectly and completely silent. it's great to know there's a reliable plumber available even at those late hours!
