I own a cottage that was being rented, and I received a call from the rental agency about a leak in the plumbing. It was, of course, on a Sunday when nobody was available, but I found Cory during my search. Although he mentioned that he doesn't handle plumbing leaks directly, he kindly provided me with a contact who specializes in that. This other plumber picked up on a Sunday and promised to be at my cottage by 8:30 the next morning. While I haven't had the chance to work with Cory directly, he was very helpful with this situation, and I truly appreciated his assistance. I plan to reach out to him in the fall to help close up my cottage and will update my review then.

Revised review... Once again, our plumbing woes were solved by our trusted plumbing company! I experienced a cracked pipe and needed urgent repair, along with a potential new shower/bath hardware installation. Immediately, I was in touch with a lovely representative named Sue, who promptly coordinated with her team to accommodate my urgent request in their busy schedule. To our relief, Cory arrived to save the day! Not only was he a wonderful person, but he also went the extra mile to assist us with the pipe repair and the installation of a brand new shower/bath setup. We were overjoyed with the experience and we'll definitely be reaching out to them again :) On another occasion, I had a sump pump surrounded by water and called upon our reliable plumbing company for assistance. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Roman. Roman was incredible, he not only helped with the sump pump issue but also answered all my queries patiently. He even took on the task of replacing my well tank, which was nearing the end of its lifespan. Roman did an outstanding job on the well tank and was an absolute delight to work with! :) In all honesty, I believe this family-run plumbing company is a true diamond in the rough and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

When my basement got flooded last weekend, I was on the verge of losing my mind. The flooding started just after midnight. The sense of panic and feeling helpless was overwhelming! Thankfully, the local fire department in Oakland had a pump I could use. In a state of desperation, I started calling various plumbers who had advertised their emergency services online. Even though I mentioned that I already had an appointment with another company, Cory kindly wished me luck and told me to call back if I needed any help. Surprisingly, the other plumbing company I had booked failed to meet my expectations - but that's a story for another review! In the end, I called Cory back and within an hour, Roman and Ezekiel, two skilled technicians, were at my house. They were incredibly helpful! Even the owner came by later that evening to fix the clogged gravity drain in my basement (which is a walk-out floating basement with a crock and a gravity drain, and no sump pump). If you're looking for professional, prompt, and compassionate customer service, with fair pricing, I highly recommend these plumbers. I am incredibly grateful and will be their customer for life.

Great service and reasonable prices! I wanted to update the old fixtures in my shower and tub, and Cory initially mentioned it might be a bit costly because re-tiling would be necessary after removing the old fixtures. However, he later called back with fantastic news—he found some larger plates that would cover the spots left by the old fixtures, so re-tiling wasn't needed after all. The new plates and fixtures look amazing! I'm very satisfied. Cory has also done other work in my kitchen, which I am equally happy with. Whenever I need plumbing services, I always reach out for help.

When a plumber we had previously booked abruptly canceled our appointment, we reached out to another company and they were quick to dispatch a plumber that same afternoon. Roman arrived and promptly reassured my spouse and I that he would do his utmost to identify the cause of our pipe blockage. Sixty minutes later, he had rectified the issue and confirmed that all was well. He even had us test our toilets by flushing them to ensure the problem was resolved before he left. Our sincere thanks to Roman and his plumbing company for their timely assistance in Oakland!

Around midday on a weekday, I reached out to Allen & Sons Plumbing and by late afternoon, Cory, the plumber, was at my doorstep in Oakland. He took the time to clarify every detail and provided a quote for the job. Although he was ready to replace my water heater that very day, the plumbing supply store had already closed. But Cory reassured me, promising to collect my new water heater first thing on the next working day and arrive at my place by mid-morning. True to his word, he called before his arrival and was at my place a bit past 10:00 AM. He completed the job well before lunchtime. I was immensely satisfied with their service, and I won't hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.

This guy was THEE BEST, truly skilled and professional in plumbing services we've ever encountered. I found him in the phone book while looking to install a new septic system at our home, and from the start, it felt like he was doing a job as well as he would for his own family. He communicated clearly and was straight to the point in all our discussions. He was honest about everything he promised and followed through on all his commitments. He actually went above and beyond by using the backhoe to push a large brush pile that needed to be moved due to its close proximity to the dig site.
