I got plumbing done by Adam & Sunti on Christmas Eve! They were very prompt & professional, very smooth & pleasant experience. Their business high review is solid! Adam first came to fix a leaky shower faucet. Easy booking the appointment online, & there was an open slot an hour later. He CC brought the parts needed for the shower head based on my description. But the faucet was over 20 years old, so it actually needed to replace the pipes in the wall. He explained well what the work involved, & that drywall was not, which is not their expertise. He list out the cost breakdown, & the down payment, etc. He came back first thing next morning on Christmas Eve, & brought Sunti so he can make sure to finish the job by 1pm, which they finished about 12:30pm. The new shiny copper pipe, & he even install the new knob & plate, which I expected to just keep the old parts, looks much better with the new 😀 Now I don’t have to worry about the problem on Christmas, very appreciative of Adam’s thoughtfulness bringing Sunti, the prompt service. Highly recommended!

Jimmy and Adam worked diligently on clearing my toilet pipe and had to pull up a huge root ball through the pipe into the house because we couldn’t find the outside outlet. The toilet was replaced and everything cleaned up. I would use them again (if needed) in a heart beat! Very professional and friendly. Thank you so much.

We had to test and bring our lateral sewer up to Ebmud code. Jimmy was fantastic!! Alfredo ,orlan , sunti were super considerate and got the job done. They also cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Overall we were really very impressed with how professionally and quickly this whole process was completed. Highly recommend these guys.

We've used Mr. Rooter for our plumbing needs for the past couple of years. Our first call was an emergency dispatch (upstairs bathroom leaking thru the ceiling), and Mr. Rooter was the only company that could get out to us same-day. We've had good experiences with their technicians, most recently Adam Wright, who replaced the entire assembly under our bathroom sink because it was leaking and breaking. They're diligent and competent. We regularly find non-standard components and bad installations in our house (and I've personally been on a day-long wild goose chase trying to find parts that fit before), but they always manage to make it work. Overall happy with their service so far, and I expect we'll call again.

The technician Alejandro was very thorough and explained the entire process, before and after the work was performed. The payment process was also very convenient. The receptionist/dispatcher I spoke to was also very helpful and professional. It was an all-around positive experience. One improvement I would suggest is to provide customers the ability to schedule the visit online, without having to call. Thank you.

I highly recommend Mr Rooter! Carlos was the technician and he explained everything, worked very efficiently and is a very nice guy. He found a leak I had not been aware of and quickly fixed that in addition to unclogging the shower drain which was the primary purpose of the visit. Thanks, Carlos!

Efficient and straightforward. Reliable. The plumber they sent Adam was really great - knowledgeable, thorough, and very friendly and professional. They give free estimates. I was in a position that I needed to just get it done so I succumbed to the extremely expensive charge - at least double of what I would paid had I taken the time to find an independent plumber, which I ultimately did for another similar fix. If you are ok with the high price point, great. But it is prohibitively expensive for me.
