I had to get a certificate of compliance with the East Bay private sewer lateral program and Pipe Spy got the job done quickly for a fair price. Out of several plumbers I had estimate the job, Pipe Spy was by far the most thorough and the most familiar with the sewer lateral program. Their quotes were the clearest and they gave two options to either just do the compliance test or also include some minor repairs. Other plumbers had pushed the most costly option without flexibility. I would definitely use them again.

Pipe Spy was a pleasure to work with. Sonny was on time, professional, courteous and did the job asked of him. We were able to communicate easily to make sure we met up when we needed to. I would hire them again in an instant. In fact, I hired them again two months later and they did a great job again! I love how great they are at communicating and doing the work they promise to do.

We had Pipe Spy come over to run a camera in our sewer lateral. We had not been able to find a clean out, but the service person who came was able to find it for us,( buried and covered with a brick!). Great service! I recommend Pipe Spy.

We used Pipe Spy for a sewar lateral replacement, which is a big job. They excelled at every step along the way. The office and the company managers were responsive and prompt answering questions and setting everything up. But what really matters in the end is the crew they send out to do the work. This crew was amazing -- on time, well organized, hard working. And the cleanup after all the work was done truly amazed me. No detail was too small. This was a quality job from start to finish.

Recently I moved to oakland Hills. I needed to get my sewer lateral done and found these guys through yelp. I called the office and talked to Jordan, who seemed very prompt answering calls. Every time I called he answered every questions I had. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Sunny. Sunny and his team did the sewer lateral for me today. Such an awesome team everyone of them is a gem and it was a pleasure working with them. They were so patient, on time, very clean, polite, and did an excellent job in a very timely fashion. Pipe Spy came out to a project we were working on and gave us a quote for unblocking an area drain that had cracked and was filled with roots and debris. We accepted the quote and they put us on the schedule for a time that worked for us. They checked the job a few days before the start, arrived on time for the work, completed most of the job in one day and came back to finish clean up the next day. Very professional, kept us informed and did a great job

Crew did excellent work in continuous rain on first day. Completed project on time, clean up was impeccable. Pleasure to work with. Cost came in as estimated even though they had to overcome a couple of unexpected issues. Cannot recommend higher.
