Z and Z Plumbing

BEWARE - terrible service! Would give zero or negative stars if I could. A plumber (also possibly the owner), named Seif, from this company tried to clear my blocked toilet with an auger. He was so rough with the auger, that he damaged the toilet leaving deep, ugly scratches all over the inside of the toilet bowl. Not a single time before or during did he warn about the potential damage. And even after, made no mention of the scratches. We discovered the damage after the tech already left. We called the company back immediately that same day (Feb 26, 2018) and many times after--3 weeks, 6 calls, and 2 emails later not a single person from the company has called me back to fix the damage they caused. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Don't go with this unprofessional company, they'll damage your property and then ignore you. Photos of damage below.

I love Z and Z plumber. They're really friendly and affordable. I used to spend my weekends hunched over repairing the sinks in my ancient apartment building, then I discovered this business. They've unclogged my main twice, bored out grit from my pipes, and replaced a water heater. They sold and installed the same water heater I bought for another unit for $300 less than I paid last time and were a whole lot more prompt. From the initial phone call to all dealings with plumbers Z and Z is great. I will never do home plumbing again.

Unprofessional staff that waste your time. I had a tech come out to diagnose why our shower wasn't heating up and he couldn't give me a clear answer. He came back out a second time and was hours late just to tell me they couldn't do anything for me. I got a second person to come out from a different company and he told me what was wrong with it right away.

Edward and Dan were the best you could ask for. On time...professional...answered my questions....repaired clogged issue in no time at all...made sure all was working great...cleaned up.. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
