Our HOA had a sump pump go bad just a couple days before rain was coming. Jaime answered the phone late in the day, worked with us to get W9, Insurance, License info the day before the install, and was able to come out the morning of the rain. He showed us what was wrong, had a replacement pump and float with him, and guided us through whether or not to replace the float, check valve, and an optional alarm. The service was really top notch, the price was very competitive, and we didn’t feel pressured to do any extra items. It was really refreshing, and we will use them going forward for annual inspections and any future repairs/replacements at our condo buildings.

Jaime did a great job replacing our booster pump that had seized up. He came the day I called to assess the situation and returned the next day with the parts and fixed it in a few hours. He also repositioned the tank to make more room. Jaime was punctual, transparent about what was needed, communicative about what he was doing, and was a really nice guy on top of it. Will definitely call him again if we need more work done.

Jaime was extremely helpful in resolving our broken sump pump issue. He responded promptly and was able to get the repairs done the same day (on a holiday weekend).
