From the beginning of the project to the end, they were very communicative and worked with me in all aspects, from scheduling to payment. Water consumption bills spiked twice and we’re alarmed for the next bill. I called Clearwater Plumbing and Drains and was given an appointment readily. I explained to Eddie the issue of water leak and the accompanying surge on water bills. He performed visual inspection of the premises and also checked main water meter and the Pressure Regulating Valve. The cause of the leak and recommended repairs were explained thoroughly. I approved the scope of repair and the crew led by Ismael arrived as scheduled. I had the chance to see the process of repair occasionally and any inquiry to the crew regarding the work was answered clearly and systematically. The job was completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. The crew performed an excellent job of replacing the displaced soil and sod. Final result: no more leaks plus a generous warranty. I am very satisfied with the work and service Clearwater Plumbing provided, the response was quick, Eddie came to my house to give me a quote on installing a Moen Flo Automatic Shut Off valve, he gave me a fair price to do the work. Derek, a very pleasant young man came to install the Moen Flo and removed my old soft water tank, he did a beautiful job, very professional, I highly recommend Clearwater Plumbing and Drain.

Eddie, Jose, & Cyrus did a great job of relining the sewer drains in our approximately 60 year old house. They kept us informed of their progress throughout the process. During the approximately 4 day long project Jose and Cyrus worked one entire afternoon outside in a heavy rain to ensure minimal disruption to our ability to use the sinks, toilets, and showers. Their attention to detail and technical skills are outstanding. If you are thinking about relining your drain lines, this is the company to call.
