I called to diagnose a likely slab leak, and received a quick response and willingness to work with my schedule. As promised the detection fee was wrapped into the repair work, which was ultimately done with minimal drywall damage. Work was quick, reasonably priced, with no attempts to upsell or exaggerate scope of repairs. I recommend VERY highly for anyone having a plumbing problem.

Stay away from this company! I had water in my house and needed a leak detector, got ahold of ez leak detection and they sent out John. While here John kept assuring me he is vague in his reports intentionally not to damage your insurance claim, and specifically told me his job isn't to report where water is coming from just if it's not coming from plumbing/ pipes. Post inspection tried to charge an emergency fee/ holiday (Jan 1st) which over doubled the price I was told on the phone. 275 normally, price quoted at my house 675. Upon my disagreement, John got very agitated and charged me the normal price and stormed off. The next day my adjuster calls and says my claim had been denied, specifically due to the plumber report from John which stated "he believed the water intrusion was from outside rainwater". So it appears upon not being able to rip me off John changed his report to intentionally to damage my claim and do what he said his job was not which was to give his opinion where water was coming from regardless of the fact it wasn't a plumbing issue which is what he said all he was to report...
