I called for an appointment and not only did they have a slot for me that day, they arrived 90 minutes ahead of the scheduled time slot (perhaps due to an earlier cancellation, but I was pleased nevertheless). Xavier was incredibly friendly, obviously knowledgeable, very quick, and clean with his work. Overall, an excellent experience and I would recommend them to others at the drop of a hat.

We had a gas line leak under concrete and got three quotes before deciding. Mr. Rogers Plumbing provided the fairest price for and told us what needed to be fixed versus what we could do later. They initially estimated four days to complete the job, but we were thrilled when they finished in just two! The team was professional, efficient, and delivered excellent service. They’ve earned our trust, and we’ll be using them for all our plumbing needs in Carlsbad from now on. Highly recommend!

Was expecting the usual "sell" tactics for our leaking garbage disposer but your excellent technician arrived on time, was very polite, got right to the problem and fixed a leaking pipe for a fraction of what we feared would be the outcome. I am so glad that I recently discovered Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing. They are experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy and charge a fair price. I have called them several times to do work at an elderly friend's home in Vista. They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. I will be using Mr. Rogers for all my future plumbing work and I have already recommended him to several friends. I have lived in the area for many years and this is, by far, the best plumbing company that I have used. I wish that I had found out about them a few years ago. I have had experiences with other plumbing companies overcharging for services, not being honest or sending an inexperienced plumber to do a job.

Had a clogged kitchen sink that I’d been unable to fix by plunging or hand-snaking. Called Mr Roger’s and they scheduled me an appointment that same day. Nick was timely with his arrival and personable throughout the entire interaction. Had the clog resolved in about 30 minutes. Won’t hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues. Fantastic service!

I contacted Mr Roger’s to replace 2 toilets and 2 bath tubs. They sent someone out and we received a quote that same day. They were not the lowest price, but with the good reviews we decided we would go with them. We sent them an approval and we received a response they would order the material and get back to us in two weeks to install. We waited a few weeks without any contact and then checked in with them. They responded and told us it would be $1500 more than what they quoted us because they had switched office managers and we received an “incorrect” quote. Sorry, you walked and quoted the job. That price should be honored as we didn’t change anything. Shady business practices stay away!
