Highly recommend! I called North County Plumbing at 7:30 p.m. They were upfront about cost expectations and they sent Eric the very next morning. He arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and was a pleasure to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very quick to resolve the plumbing/drain issue. I will only be using North County plumbing in the future.

Called based on a friend's referral and had 2 faucet lines moved. He did a great job but I had a couple minor issues with pricing that I voiced after the work was done. The company's owner, Deanna, called me and made things right, which I really appreciated. As a business owner myself, I understand that things happen sometimes, but the important thing is that the customer's concerns are heard and addressed, which happened in my case. Pros: Nice guy, prompt service, showed up on time, good work, active owner Cons: Pricing initially wasn't what I thought Verdict: The experience was a positive one overall

NCP is willing to get you information to fix the issue even if they don't need to come out. Customer service is on point.

Says 24 hours, I was hung up on 3 times at only 9:30 pm. Don’t advertise 24 if you can’t hack it son.
