Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Keith, the owner. I have been going through an insurance claim for the past 6 months and I had them come out to repipe my house with PEX. During the repipe the technicians were having issues running the PEX from my kitchen to my upstairs bathroom. They were doing a lot of drilling through the beams underneath my bathroom's subfloor. I remember at some point the technicians were trying to figure out how to run the pipes upstairs. They eventually figured out how to get the pipe upstairs and everything was good. About 4 days later I was taking a shower and my wife was washing the dishes. She told me that water was dripping on her head. Sure enough I turned the shower on upstairs and came back down to see the leak coming out of a hole. I reached out to the company the next day and they sent a technician out to confirm that the pipes weren't leaking but water was leaking out of this hole in my beam, a freshly drilled hole. I had reached out to a contractor to come out and fix the leak. When the contractor started work and removed all the tile from the bathroom he told me that the hole is new. That's when I reached out to Keith. Keith showed up to my house. He looked at the hole from the bottom and also looked at the hole from my shower. He was at my house for less than 20 minutes and told me he would contact me as soon as possible. 5 days go by and I eventually reached out to him. His response on the phone was, I'm glad you got back to me. You were supposed to get back to me Keith. He says that his company did not do the hole and there is nothing more he can do. I guess the question is how did that hole get there then? I guess it magically appeared. The hole is fresh. There aren't even any water stains or signs of mold in the hole, that's how fresh it is. A drill bit, spade, or whatever you want to call it ripped through my shower pan. I would and will not recommend this company to anyone. The technicians are great, but Keith ruined it for me. Attached are the photographs of my mystery hole that appeared out of thin air. Coincidentally after Keith's company performed a repair on my home.

Carlos , who came by and gave me an estimate , didn’t make me feel like he just wanted to make the sale. He was thorough and made me believe that going with them was the best choice in the long run. I got 3 quotes and the other 2 made me feel like I was just another appointment. The guys at personal heating and air came in, were professional and very efficient. Jose, Miguel and victor did a great job and were very fast. They did a 3 zone mini split job in two days. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. Thanks guys. P. Guerrero

We were notified by our tenant that there was a potential water leak in the foundation of our townhome. After some research I called Personal Plumbing and they were able to accommodate a same day inspection of the property. David was assigned to our repair request and within a short time he provided an assessment, scope of repairs and an estimate. He was very informative and matter of fact of what was required to repair the leak without impacting the foundation of the townhouse. As such we went ahead and scheduled the replacement of all the indoor hot and cold water piping as well as the feed from the meter. Since the property is tenant occupied, we were very happy to hear that they could do the repairs within 48 hours and that it would only take about a day and a half to complete. From early communications and advice, and up to the completion or repairs we were very happy with David’s professionalism. Our tenant was also very pleased with how quickly we were able to complete repairs and the professionalism of his crew. Thank you!

Brody and David saved my family 15 grand by being honest and helpful. We cancelled our previous contract and went forward with Personal Plumbing and heating if you get these guys specifically expect top notch service!

This company is top in customer service, experience, and extra care. I had David C. come out today for an inspection and he was so thorough and paid attention to detail and explained everything so i would understand any fixes and concerns. He is excellent in customer service, communication, and super cool. I was also very impressed with Lukas who helped decide on the right water filtration system and CJ was incredible at water filtration installation! Very meticulous and had pride in work. The company has solid experience and the team all work together so the customer is well taken care of.

Had them install a heat pump that would qualify for the Tech Clean rebate. They charged $500 extra for permits in order to get the rebate. After all work and required inspections were done, they told me the installation didn't qualify for the rebate because "the eligibility rules changed". I did my own research, reached out to Tech Clean CA directly, and they said the install should qualify - even if rules have changed, the rules in effect at the time of sale would apply. Kind of ridiculous that Personal Plumbing is Tech Clean certified but didn't seem to know the rules. I communicated this to them and they said they'll look into it. I've been trying to get a status update ever since (it's been months now), each time they promise someone would call me but I haven't heard from the GM/managers/whoever else they said would call me back. Update: I'm updating this review to four stars as Ryan, a new project manager, reached out to me to apologize and explain the reason for the delayed response. He also honored the rebate even though it was rejected by Tech Clean CA due to his predecessor's mistakes. We all mess up sometimes, I appreciate Ryan owning up to it and making things right in the end. The work they performed was good and the workers, receptionists, etc. were all pleasant to deal with.
