I am very pleased with Welch's Plumbing. Mike was very knowledgeable. He suggested a "common sense" solution to our plumbing problem and did not pressure us to spend more money than necessary. I felt like he saved me some money by doing this. I also appreciated the prompt service over the phone and a call letting me know he was on his way. This is a good family owned business and I will call them again!

I had a leaky faucet that needed immediate repair and I searched the internet for plumber (I’m a new homeowner) and I called Mike at 6 PM on a Friday into a holiday weekend (Memorial Day) and said he was busy Saturday installing a water heater in Palm Desert but do you know that Mike squeezed me in before he left for PD. Mike came early the next morning at 8 AM and fixed my leaky faucet and was in and out in 15 minutes. You just don’t get this kind of service anymore! And we didn’t charge me extra and his prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much Mike. I now I have a plumber I can put on speed dial 😊

Does all my plumbing… always on time .. reasonably priced … professional!

Mike is personable, respectful and runs on time. Fair pricing, expert knowledge in plumbing. Changed out both laundry water valves- from broken hand knob to two new handles (hot & cold). Second house call to troubleshoot new dryer- no charge and referred back to appliance company (GE). My new go to guy for all things plumbing! Thanks Mike!

I had a major problem with this company. First the plumber showed up 2 hours late without calling ahead. Next, they did not complete the job. The owner MC Welch, told me that since I purchased my own sink he could not install it correctly because it was too difficult. However, if I purchased a similar sink from him. he could figure out how to mount it correctly. I would think a professional plummer would do the job professionally either way. After all I am paying for his time. MC got mad when I called him on this and left without completing the drain connections on the sink. He also left with the drain connection tubing from the old sink. I had to call another plumber to complete the drain connection and had to pay an extra $90 for new parts to replace the reusable parts that MC took with him.This performance by Mr, Welch was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

We have worked with Welch Plumbing for years. We live in a very old house with some idiosyncratic plumbing. The team has always come up with excellent solutions with long lasting results. The team is always cleanly dressed and very respectful of the hardwood floors and old rugs in our home. We trust them completely.

Welsh's Plumbing is exceptional. I regularly visit and maintain a home in San Diego. Whenever there is a plumbing issue, I know who to call! I can't recommend Welsh's Plumbing more highly. Timely, fair priced, pleasant, honest, etc...

Mike and his team at MC Welch plumbing were timely, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The level of service was outstanding. Mike seems to be a great leader with a lovely disposition, who truly cares about doing a good job and client satisfaction.
