All Pro is amazing customer service machine. From the person over the phone to the Tech named Edwin....Great service all the way around. To say Edwin was thorough, would be an understatement. He went above and beyond to resolve my heating issue and he took care of it the same day! It was a bit of work, but he did not run from the hard work it took to leave our family completely satisfied and warm during this past cold snap. He seemed genuine and very honest. I didn't hesitate to move forward with one of the many repair options and price points. I recommend becoming a member for some great perks as well. I will most definitely refer All Pro to friends a d family.

Mike showed up on time, was well prepared to discuss my concerns and was very helpful in helping me to understand what the best solution was. He was very polite, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Sean H. And Nathan H. did the installation and they were on time, very neat and pleasant to deal with. I felt very confident that they did a great job. I am grateful to them and the rest of the technicians that came to my home. I also appreciate the support staff that called to keep me informed along the way. Again, very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

SEE the EDIT below…. (Wonderful experience with All Pro and their technicians. Professional and courteous. Richard has a wonderful personality and very knowledgeable in his field. I will use All Pro for all my future needs.) EDIT: All Pro did the electrical work that was need for my home and yes the representative for the company were very professional and courteous HOWEVER the repair of the outside wall where the new breaker box was installed has still NOT been repaired!! I’ve called MULTIPLE times and each time I get the run around. This project was started in September 2024 and as of today 11-29-24 the out side wall is still open, as the weather will be getting colder and the rain will be here soon, the drywall will now be exposed to the elements, bugs and rodents will be able to get into the walls. Not to mention the mold that will grow when it does rain. This company needs to do better with communication as to when things will be completed. I again called this afternoon to see if my appointment was going to be honored as scheduled and yet AGAIN I was told someone else will call me back!!! What do I have to do to get my house repaired!!!?? This is unexceptionable. I will not use this company and would not recommend them to anyone I know.

The tech was on time and communicated his ETA. He began work and the project quickly realized it would be a tougher job than expected. He was able to adapt to the challenge of my crappy home framing and modified the project to work perfect. He didn’t complain and was super nice during the process.

Eric was a very knowledgeable and intelligent technician and knew exactly what repair needed to be done. He was very polite , did an amazing service and very clean work left my house cleaned up from repair and very respectful of dismantling that was needed and left it nice and need . Was impressed at the work of opening wall to get to repair was very professional and did amazing work . I highly recommend Eric to do other repairs in the future for us . Brendan was on time, friendly helpful easy to talk to and I liked that he explained things as he went along. 10/10 will recommend your company to anyone in the future. The scheduling process and inspection and repair process were all easy to navigate and complete. Lynette was super friendly on my first phone call. Thank you for everything.

All pro came on time and tried very hard to keep my house clean. The put down mats & shop vacuumed as they went. They showed me how change filter & work thermostat. They even cut another hole in the door and put extra grate in. They said they will come back and put in new white ones when available. Overall very good. A few minor mishaps with molding and a little scratch on floor but they tried 100% to please me. Would recommend them
