James from Biard & Crockett was probably the best plumber that's ever been my house in the 16 years I've owned it. He had excellent communication and scheduling, and when he arrived his expertise on plumbing and explaining the options I had for my issues was clear, relaxed, and detailed. The office representatives were also great and I can say that Biard & Crockett are going to be my plumbers for the foreseeable future. Absolutely amazing. Got Trevor this time who came out and handled the replumb of our shower fixtures. We needed the shower head and the shower fixtures moved, he did an amazing job. Even though all the plumbing would not be seen once the walls and tile were up, the work looked stellar. He was very conciencious and clean about his work. He did a great job and was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone that has come out has been this way.

James arrived on time and discussed what they were going to do the first day. really friendly and informative. Calmed our nerves! Great! Second day the same as first. Everybody arrived on time and and again described the plan for the day. Went really well! again lot s of discussion and information about what was happening and what to expect.

I had a clogged toilet. I also wanted a bathroom faucet replaced. Plumber took photos of the faucet and said he would have to order a replacement. I called a couple of weeks later and was told that there’s no record of the photos or the order. I guess he just forgot to place the order? What’s up with that? I liked Biard & Crockett under the previous ownership.

James has been amazing. Explaining all of our options clearly throughout the process. He has been very helpful. They were prompt and courteous. We would use them again and highly recommend them.
