Done-Rite Plumbing & Rooter

We discovered a 2" drain pipe was leaking when we installed our new washing machine. The pipe fittings had split and it was in a difficult spot to fix. I called Done-Rite plumbing and they gave me an appointment next day. Luke arrived at 9 am and inspected the issue and explained to us how he was going to fix it, and gave us a quote which I thought was very reasonable. We also wanted our drain near the washing machine inspected and snaked, which Luke also did. Within 3 hours Luke had fixed the cracked pipe with new fittings and cleaned out a few blockages in our drain. Our drains needed it since the house was built in the 1950's. He provided pictures of everything and was clean about his work, very courteous and professional. Thank you Luke, we will definitely hire you guys again in the future.

Great experience start to finish! Logan arrived on Time after texting me in advance with his ETA. He was courteous (he even put on shoe booties to protect my floors), assessed the need, and quickly and efficiently fixed my problem. When he was done he had me test the repair for any leaks to ensure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. Will definitely call Done-Right for my future plumbing needs.

Danny & Anthony were phenomenal. They were right on time, had excellent communication, and were very professional. As for the company as a whole, I’d called two other emergency plumbing companies who didn’t answer (they didn’t call me back for almost an hour and a half) and then called Done-Rite and they answered and sent someone out right away. Will definitely be keeping their information for the future. Highly recommend.

Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful, fair, knowledgeable, and professional. From the woman who took our intake call to Anthony and Victor, who performed the work, and the manager helping us through our options and finding us the best solution for the best price, these guys are amazing. I called Done-Rite this morning after our shower wouldn’t turn off. I found them on Yelp—highly rated. Someone could have come right out, but I had another appointment, but at exactly the time we had set up, Christian appeared at my door, diagnosed the problem as a faulty cartridge in the shower mechanism, and replaced it. It was a great relief to have running water in the house again, and to know I now have a new plumbing company to call when I have a problem in the future!

Jon did an excellent job hydro jetting our laundry & bathroom drain pipes to our main. He was on time, professional and very nice. I have used Done Rite plumbing before and they have always provided good service for a fair price.

Jon was great. He was Very kind and courteous and quickly helped to clean my shower drain. They were very quick to respond. Will definitely ask for him next time when I need service. He also checked my home’s water pressure to make sure there are not issues. Great technician great company…..

Done Right does it right again! This is the 3rd time we have used Done Right for a leak at our rental property. They were able to get someone out quickly to assess what was going on and get it repaired. Logan was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. Highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.
