I hired Moffett Plumbing & Air to provide a duct & vent cleaning of my home after receiving a great visit from their estimator, Allison, who went beyond the standard scope to provide thorough details and service options. Alberto & Francisco showed up today, on time, and provided a fantastic service. Both Alberto and Francisco were extremely professional, diligent, and polite. They did a great job and left the house clean. I would highly recommend Moffett Plumbing & Air and will use them in the future for all my AC/Furnace needs!

Moffett Plumbing & Air took care of our clogged drain with professionalism and integrity. They succeeded where others failed. Joe was concerned that we get our money’s worth, so he went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we did. Without pressure, Chris thoroughly explained additional service options available to us that would potentially save us money on plumbing expenses in the long run.

This company provided excellent service from my first call to them on a Saturday regarding a water emergency to completion. It was an extensive job but the technician, Tommy Firestone, and his assistants, one of which was Marcelo, were very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to solving my plumbing issues. They even worked a very long day outside in the pouring rain digging extensively to repair broken pipes as quickly as possible. My impression is that this is a very thoughtfully run company.

Its not often that i decide to post a review, but i was genuinely impressed. lately we've been having issues with fluctuating water pressure in our shower and bathroom, and an odor that was driving us crazy. so we finally called Moffett as a recommendation, A gentleman named Tommy was able to show up very quickly, which has been a very difficult thing to find with other companies, but i was immediately impressed by the professionalism and friendliness, and he was able to almost immediately find the problem (Which took me and my husband weeks! and to no Avail! ) i just want to say thank you Moffet and thank you Tommy for helping us out and will definitely be recommending you in the future!

Joe arrived as scheduled, and connected the new leak detector device to our tablet. It took some time and throughout he was calm and reassuring that it would be solved. I have confidence in the work that has been done by Moffett Company and appreciate the employees that I have spoken with in the last two weeks.

Joseph was very helpful, was very clear on estimates & showed all the options. Both were very friendly and so thorough about cleaning up. They put in a new garbage disposal and new Falange, seal, and toilet. Prices seem to be on higher side but feel it’s worth it for integrity & professionalism. Thank you for your service!

Vince was our plumber and was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain the process into for me to make a good decision. I appreciate he spent six hours when I called for my main sewage line that was backed up. I highly recommend Moffett plumbing.

Excellent & professional service from the office taking my information and from Bryan who was able to come sooner than expected. Bryan explained all my options & pricing regarding installation of a new water heater. Job was done on the same day. I highly recommend!
