[Service Hero LA Northeast] I have used this company for many years to service the plumbing needs at my business. They never disappoint. Previously technician Ariel has been here for a backed up kitchen sink and toilet and he was very professional, clean and straight to the point. He was a pleasure to work with. Recently a different technician was here to service our backed up kitchen sink again, Daniel. He was very professional, polite and informed me clearly of what was needed to perform the scope of work. Daniel was diligent, and tidy. I appreciate the service this company has to offer. The rep I have dealt with is Vincent, he is an honest and very professional and checks in on us from time to time. Exceptional service from each person I have encountered within the company. Thank you for rescuing our day! once again

Great job, excellent quality, very fast service for getting the quote, getting the pictures and assessment for my insurance. Very seamless experience and they work with Lowe’s which allow me to have an even easier experience with free financing through My Lowe’s Account. Very well recommended!!!

Eric Flores was great. He called me down when I was out of control at initial visit. He told me exactly what he was gonna do and followed through. He answered all of my calls and emails. Very good job. I would recommend him highly.

We love Rooter Hero Plumbing! They always come in same day or same week for us regardless of the season. They're always RELIABLE, punctual, professional, and above all other companies we've worked with. From severe sewer line issues to the typical drainage issues, they've helped us with all of it in LA and OC.

Mario was friendly, patient, and communicative! I am so glad we got the problem fixed so seamlessly. In terms of pricing, we got lucky on a promo deal but having a free estimate available is a big bonus if you're comparing estimates. Highly recommend :)

Had an issue pop up with the toilet in a single bathroom apartment. It’s a bit older and the plumbing is touchy. I googled for help and found Rescue Rooter. I sent my very basic info and a customer service rep called me immediately, asked for additional info, and put a call out to techs in my area. She called me back within 30 min to tell me the name of the tech, the service time window, and ask if I had any questions. The tech arrived in a timely manner, did a free assessment, tried one fix that failed, and told me the next steps. Since the fix had failed I was not charged and received assistance in what to next after getting definitive answers. Highly recommend. Luis was my plumber and very helpful! And I forget the name of the customer service person, I believe it is Donna thought, but she was great as well.

Marty was great! My kitchen sink and shower/bathtub were clogged. He was punctual, professional, clean, and quick. I will definitely call him again!!
